Paper casting is a unique medium suitable to the reproduction of sculptural art pieces. Nicole Dextras has been working as a fine art paper caster for twenty years and she has brought her expertise to such artists as: Susan Point, Larry Rosso and John Nutter. The method, consisting of casting into a mould, permits one-off casts or small edition production. The paper, made from 100% cotton, is strong, lightweight and is outstanding in its detail replication. It is therefore compatible with all sizes from small shallow relief to large sculptural wall pieces. Casting can be ordered in the traditional white or may be matched to any colour specifications.
